Ordered the Jedi Knight Qui-Gon Jinn Deluxe Child Costume for son for Christmas. Based on the measurements provided, I purchased a size medium. It runs very large and my son was swimming in it. It is the usual costume quality, nothing fancy. Also, purchased Darth Vader costume for my daughter and again, it ran very large and I have tall children.

This costume was great for my little 17-month old boy who loves skeletons. He wouldn't wear the hat, but that's okay. It's very light-weight, but fits easily over clothes. He wore it with a long-sleeve shirt and some warm-up pants to go trick or treating. The only hard thing is that you have to take the whole thing off if you need to change a diaper. Because he wanted to wear the costume all day, I had to do it a couple of times. Other than that, we really loved it. The back fastens with Velcro dots and they held better than I expected.
